Volume, rollout and review
What procurement asks first.
- How does volume pricing work?
- Pricing steps at five, twenty-five and fifty pendants, invoiced annually in AED against a single PO. Tell us the headcount and we will send a written quote the same working day.
- Can we trial it before committing?
- Yes. We ship a small number of pendants for a paid pilot, and if you go ahead within ninety days the pilot cost comes off the first invoice.
- Who owns the recordings — the company or the employee?
- The organisation. Recordings made on a company-issued pendant sit in the organisation's workspace, and an administrator keeps access when someone leaves.
- What happens when an employee leaves?
- An administrator removes them and unpairs their device from the admin panel. Their access ends immediately; the recordings stay with the organisation.
- Will you complete our security questionnaire?
- Yes, and we will sign a data processing agreement. Most of what a questionnaire asks is already answered on our security page.
- Do you support single sign-on?
- Not yet. It is on the roadmap and we will prioritise it for a committed rollout — tell us which provider you use.
- How long does a rollout take?
- A twenty-person team is usually recording within a week. We handle the first cohort's setup ourselves, in person in Dubai or over a call.
