One year, against anything we got wrong.

What is covered

• The pendant stops powering on, or will not hold a charge.
• The microphone fails, or audio comes back distorted or silent.
• Bluetooth pairing fails and cannot be restored by a reset.
• The button, status light or charging contacts stop working.
• The finish lifts or the housing separates under normal wear.
• The chain clasp fails under normal use.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage — dropping it, crushing it, or submerging it. The pendant is not waterproof.
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function: hairline scratches on the face, or the chain dulling with time.
• Damage from a charger or cable that is not ours.
• Any pendant that has been opened, modified or engraved.
• Loss or theft.

Where something falls outside the warranty we will still tell you what it would cost to repair, rather than simply declining the claim.

Making a claim

1. Message us with your order number and a description of what the pendant is doing. A short video helps more than anything else.
2. We will try the quick fixes first — most pairing faults are resolved without sending anything anywhere.
3. If it needs to come back, we arrange collection. You pay nothing for shipping in either direction.
4. We repair or replace it within 7 working days of receiving it. If we cannot, we refund you.

Your recordings during a repair

Anything already synced to your account is unaffected — you keep full access to every transcript and summary while the hardware is with us. Audio still on the device that has not synced cannot be recovered from a faulty unit, which is the best argument for letting it sync daily.

Replacements

A replacement pendant carries the remainder of your original twelve months, or 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law and does not limit them.
