We are appointing retail and concept-store partners across the GCC ahead of the wider launch. Stock is held in Dubai.
Outside the UAE?
We do not ship beyond the UAE yet. Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait are next, and we would rather tell you that plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil. Write to info@dehertz.com with your country and we will tell you when we reach it.
Buying
Common questions.
- Is it cheaper anywhere else?
- No. We set one price and retail partners sell at it. Buying direct is never more expensive than buying from a shop.
- Can I see one before I buy?
- Not in a shop yet — we are appointing retail partners now. In the meantime the fourteen-day return window exists precisely so you can decide with it in your hands.
- Do you ship outside the UAE?
- Not yet. Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait are next. We would rather say so plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil.
- Can I buy several for my team?
- Yes, and from five upward there is volume pricing with annual invoicing. See the business page.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Cards through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details at any point.
- Is there a corporate gifting option?
- Yes — that is one of the more common enquiries we get. Write to partners@dehertz.com with quantities and a date.
