What resellers ask before applying.
- What margin do resellers get?
- It is tiered by annual volume and set on your first order, then reviewed quarterly. We will put the number in writing before you commit to anything.
- What is the minimum first order?
- Ten units for a standard reseller agreement. Concept stores and single-location retail can start at five while we are appointing our first partners.
- Who holds the stock?
- We do, in Dubai. That means replenishment is measured in days rather than the weeks an overseas supplier would take, and you are not tying up capital in inventory.
- Do you offer exclusivity?
- For a defined territory and a committed annual volume, yes. We would rather have one partner who invests in a market than five who do not.
- Who handles warranty claims?
- We do, directly with the end customer. You are not left administering repairs, and the customer deals with the people who made the device.
- What marketing support comes with it?
- Product photography, approved copy and social assets you can use as they are, plus demo units at cost for the counter.
- How are payments handled?
- Invoiced in AED against a purchase order, thirty days from delivery once the first order has settled.
