Fourteen days to change your mind.

The window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to start a return. The date of delivery is the date the courier records a signature, and it is on your tracking page.

Condition

For a full refund the pendant must come back complete and in resaleable condition — the medallion, the chain, the charging cable, the printed guide and the original box.

Normal handling is fine. You are allowed to take it out, look at it, and wear it to see how it sits. What we cannot refund in full is a pendant that comes back scratched, engraved, or missing the chain or cable.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email support with your order number and say you would like to return it.
2. We arrange a courier collection from your address, usually within two working days. You do not pay for the return leg.
3. Pack it in the original box. If you no longer have it, tell us and we will send packaging.

Refunds

We inspect the returned pendant on the day it reaches us and issue the refund the same day. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with — we cannot refund to a different method.

Banks take their own time after that: typically 5 to 10 working days for the amount to appear on a UAE card statement, sometimes longer for international cards.

What happens to your recordings

Returning the hardware does not automatically delete your account. If you want everything erased, say so when you start the return and we will delete every recording, transcript and summary we hold. You can also do it yourself from the app at any time.

Faulty devices

A device that stops working is a warranty matter rather than a return, and it is covered for a full year — not just 14 days. See the warranty page.

Exchanges

Want the other finish instead? Tell us and we will swap it rather than refund it, at no cost, as long as you are inside the 14 days.
