Changelog

What shipped, and when.

The honest counterpart to the roadmap. That page is a list of intentions; this one is a list of things that are actually live.

  1. Website

    An Arabic edition, and guides

    • The site now has an Arabic edition covering the product, the trust centre, the FAQ and contact — written for Arabic readers rather than translated, with right-to-left layout throughout.
    • Four guides on recording conversations respectfully, running bilingual meetings, using transcripts well and choosing an AI note taker.
    • An honest comparison against Plaud that counts their wins as well as ours.
    • A worked demo showing what deHertz actually returns, in English, Arabic-English and English-Hindi.
  2. Website

A site you can find, and read

    • Grew from 7 pages to 34, including a trust centre, a specifications table, six pages for different professions, and separate shipping, returns and warranty policies.
    • Fixed a bug where the homepage sent search engines an empty document — none of the marketing copy was reaching them.
    • Links shared on WhatsApp and LinkedIn now show a proper preview card instead of a blank rectangle.
    • Rebuilt the design around three surfaces, one typeface and one accent colour.
  3. Transcription

    Hindi transcripts stay in Hindi

    • Fixed a fault where Hindi speech was sometimes transcribed into Urdu script. The words were recognisable but the script was wrong, which made the transcript unusable to the person who needed it.
    • Added a repair pass that detects the wrong script and re-formats the transcript rather than returning it broken.
  4. App

Deleting an account now deletes the audio

    • Closing an account previously left recordings in storage. It now erases every recording, transcript, summary, reminder and device pairing we hold.
    • You get a push notification when a recording finishes processing, instead of having to check.
  5. App

Signing in stopped fighting your keyboard

    • iOS was autocorrecting and capitalising email addresses in the sign-in and sign-up fields, turning valid addresses into ones that failed. Fixed on all four auth screens.
    • Error messages are now written for people rather than passed through from the server.

Older than this, deHertz was an internal tool and not something anyone could buy — so there is nothing honest to list.
