Where we ship

We currently ship to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not yet ship outside the UAE. If you are elsewhere in the GCC and want one, write to us — we are opening those markets and will tell you when.

How long it takes

Orders are packed the next working day after payment clears. Each pendant is checked and pairing-tested before it goes in the box. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days anywhere in the UAE.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or a public holiday are packed on the next working day.

What it costs

Nothing. Standard tracked delivery within the UAE is included in the price of the pendant. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for the northern emirates.

Tracking

You will get two emails: one confirming your order, and a second with a tracking link when the courier collects the parcel. If you cannot find either, check your spam folder first, then ask us to look it up.

Delivery and signature

Deliveries require a signature. The courier will attempt delivery, and will contact you to arrange a second attempt if nobody is available. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Please give a mobile number you actually answer — couriers in the UAE call before arriving, and an unreachable number is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery.

If something goes wrong

• Parcel not arrived in 4 working days: contact us and we will chase the courier. If it cannot be located, we send a replacement at no cost.
• Damaged on arrival: photograph the packaging and the pendant before doing anything else, then contact us within 48 hours. We replace it.
• Wrong finish delivered: we collect it and send the correct one. You are not charged for either leg.

Address changes

Tell us before the parcel is collected and we will change it free. Once the courier has it, address changes depend on the courier and may not be possible.
