Careers
Build something people wear every day.
A small team in United Arab Emirates making an AI memory pendant. We are not always hiring for a named role — but we always read a good email.
What it's like
Three honest things.
Small team, real ownership
There is no layer between you and the decision. If you build it, it ships with your judgement in it.
Hardware and software together
Firmware, backend, mobile and industrial design in the same building, which is rarer than it should be.
Built in Dubai, for here first
We are not localising a product designed elsewhere. Arabic, code-switching and Gulf business norms are the starting point.
Where we need people
Areas, not job specs.
Tell us what you have built and which of these it touches. A link to real work beats a CV.

Working here
What people ask us.
- Are you hiring right now?
- Not always for a named role. We read every good email, and when something opens we go back to the people who already wrote in before we post it anywhere.
- Do I need hardware experience?
- For the firmware and industrial design work, yes. For everything else, no — we care that you have built something real and can explain the decisions you made.
- Is the work in Dubai?
- Yes, and in person. Hardware and software in the same building is the point — it is hard to debug a pendant over a video call.
- Do you sponsor visas?
- For the right person, yes.
- What should I send?
- A link to something you built and a paragraph on what was hard about it. That tells us more than a CV does.
- What is the process?
- A conversation, then a paid piece of real work over a few days, then a decision. No whiteboard puzzles.
